This gentleman is totally mistaken. All the HCI Nets are recorded and every
check in written up and posted on the web site. His call is not among them. He
is NOT one of the check ins during our Net. Absolutely nobody made the
statements he asserts. Michael, I would strongly suggest that you print an
apology, because you just stuck both feet into your own mouth. As NCS if anybody
ever made such a statement, I would step in. I did not have to, because it never
happened on the HCI Nets. Maybe you got this treatment on another Net and are
confusing ours with theirs, but nobody said this to you on the HCI Net.

I would advise that if you check in with a Drake that it be in perfect working
order. Apparently I had less than perfect audio on my TR3 when I checked in and
was told to go change  *ALL*  of the capacitors in the rig and then come back.
After that I was ignored. Audio checks that evening with other stations were
fine. There must have been an intermittent somewhere..... or something just
didn't clique?
