[Drake] TR4C Transmit Problem

I got a nice TR4C and few months back and after cleaning contacts etc., =
I powered the up.  The receive did and still does work fine.  The =
transmitter worked but power out was only about 30 watts.  I replaced =
the finals and the driver and the power jumped up to about 100 watts =
out.  It has been sitting for four or five months and I got the unit out =
so I get the rig on the air and hopefully get the power up.  No joy the =
xmit is doing nothing now for no obvious reason, zero power but receive =
is still working fine.  The owners manual is not a lot of help.  Is =
there a service manual available or does some one have one they can =
copy?   I did check the plate voltage and found about 700 volts.  I am =
not very sophisticated technically but willing to learn but need =
something to work with so to speak.  All assistance will be =
appreciated!!
