[Drake] TR-4 problem

Hello All

I have a problem with my tr-4.  There seems to be some kind of relay next=
 to the L9 inductor and directly behind the so-239.  This is roughly one =
inch square and below a light bulb and some red disks.  When I am receivi=
ng on any band the radio will go quiet and the swr meter will peak and th=
ere will be an occasional crackle coming from this general area.  I have =
narrowed this down to be where the noise is coming from but it could some=
thing different in the same area causing the problem also.  Has any body =
else had this problem.  Is this just a case of buying some tuner cleaner =
and cleaning off dust.  I thank you for reading my email.
