[Drake] Want: R4245 & TR4310 Documentation

The TR-4310 and R-4245 each had a combined service and operator's manual
in a blue binder.  The material inside was obviously very similar to the
TR-7 and R-7 service manuals with the instruction manuals bound in front
of them.  I actually have these units (and their manuals) and find very
little performance difference between them and the standard R-7/A and
TR-7/A.  While it's true that they're a bit more frequency-stable, there
are some annoying birdies that creep into some of the higher MHz bands.
