[Drake] R-4B/R-4C BANDSWITCH INTERCHANGE

Good Afternoon,. My Friends...
       I hope this finds all of you in excellent health and spirits, as well 
as already enjoying the beginnings of a wonderful and prosperous year.
       A friend has a worn-out bandswitch in his R-4B, and has asked me if 
the R-4C item will work as a drop-in, perfect replacement (he has located the 
R-4C item somewhere, but hasn't been able to find the R-4B item).  After 
looking at a lot of pictures and the switches in my R-4Cs, they appear to be 
identical; but, I have previously been fooled by appearances.
       So, once again, I am happily throwing myself at your mercies.  Any and 
all replies will be gratefully accepted, and thank you for all of your past 
tolerance, patience, and many kindnesses.  Take the best of care and
