[Drake] Need help or new meter for C4 station console

I have a slight problem with the meter on my C4 Station Console.  The meter 
keeps sticking at the zero point.  If I tap on the top of the console it 
will start bouncing again but occasionally when I'm talking, I'll look at 
the meter and again no movement--just stuck at 0.  Is there any kind of 
simple fix or do I just need another meter?  If I do need a new meter, any 
suggestions on where to find one?
