[Drake] T-4XC parts needed

I am in the process of restoring a T-4XC. I am in need of the following =
parts and wonder if anyone in the group can help. I need...

RF cage top cover
1/4 inch phone jack for CW ( has an extra shorting contact )
lamp socket
500 k pot for the CW Vox delay
spring that holds the relay in place
