[Drake] Final Transistor Designation for TR7

Q2301, Q2302 are Service Manual number SRF2338 = Toshiba P/N 2SC2098
Q2303, Q2304 are Service Manual number SRF2337 = Motorola P/N MRF421
Odds are they don't make any of them anymore. The part numbers I have here
are from about 15 years ago if my memory serves me correctly. I actually
attempted to change out the finals once, I'll never do it again!
