[Drake] Drake PTO What is it?

I have another Drake PTO but do not remember what it was used on.  Check 
the two pictures listed below and let me know what it is.  Notice that this 
unit has four mounting studs to mount it to the PCB or chassis.  But more 
noticeably, this PTO does not include the oscillator circuitry.  The small 
PCB next to the PTO coil has only passive components, no 
transistors.  Several caps is all that is in the unit.  Also the drawn 
aluminum cover is square shaped instead of the usual rectangular.

If you know what it is let me know.  If you want it, make me an offer.
