[Drake] TR4-C low output

    I should expect 200W (at 80 Mtrs. at least) CW key down; check line voltage and also filament voltages, they're in series/parallel arrangements, so there could be a low filament voltage in one or more tubes. Check screen and 120 VAC line voltages also.
