You have to make them your self the name of the screws our 
BINDER HEAD 6-32x1/4
they only come in steel zinc you can buy them from MSC supply then you have 
to buy Tool Black which is acid 1 QT which turns it black finish that is also 
avaible from MSC the screw our 7.00 per 100.00 and tool black runs 40.00 you 
can do 800 screws per bottle you put them in plastic bowl and swirl them afew 
minutes dump the acid and rinse in water dry and then buff each screw before 
use and you will have exact replacemnt screw that should last another 40 
years its a pain, But it will give that finishing touch to that newly 
restored 4 line.
