[Drake] R7 help

Hi fellow Drake fans,

I have a R7 with some problems. Not all bands are locking on the display and
also some bands are not reading right as to frequency. The 500 khz up and
down buttons also work only when they feel like it.
    I think these are related to the vco. ?? Anyway I don't have any test
equipment other than a dmm and a dip meter. So can anybody tell me how to
attempt a fix or recommend a good Drake R7 doctor?
