[Drake] R4B DC voltages

Anyone know what the reasonable voltages ought to be for the R4B?  The
manual states +160 vdc on the high B+ line.  That is at C90b.  I get 147
vdc.  It states +150 vdc by C90c.  I read about +131 vdc.

I see 10 v (p/p) of ripple on the high B+ line.  Is that normal?  I see
about 1.3 v (p/p) by C90c.

I've just replaced all of the electrolytic caps with the exception of C90
(the big multi-cap can).  That's next on the consideration list.

Thoughts?
