[Drake] Recap AC-4

Hi All,
Just an update.

I think I have found a source for the 40-40 dual section cap C5.  I have =
computer grade electrolytic caps for the 125uF single section caps and =
for the 100uF single section.

The only one that may require a rebuild is the 100-100uF dual. This =
afternoon I took apart the 100 dual section and have epoxied in 2 new =
100uF in the can and potted it with epoxy and it worked well.  Just =
trying to come up with a way to re-seal the can.  They don't solder =
well.

Looks like the re-cap kit would consist of 2 new 140 caps for C1 & C2 =
with new mounting spacers.  Some re-work will need to be done underneath =
to ground one of the caps to the chassis.  New C3 - I am still working =
on this one (100uF single section - maybe a small snap-in on phenolic =
spacer).  C4 as described above.
