[Drake] T/R Relay Plug on AC4

Several people have shared on this - my contribution was that I made one
with 3/32" drill rod pins crazy-glued into a small block of plexiglass -

I'm looking for a plug that fits in the back of the AC4 power supply. This
connection activates the T/R relay on a linear amplifier. Anybody knows
where I can get one?
