[Drake] L-75 Trouble, no 15 meters

Jim,
Sounds to me like a CBer modified (and aligned) the 15 meter band to work
on 11 meters. Should be easy to get back to 15 meters. I don't know if any
physical mods were made (which you would have to undo), but you can follow
alignment procedures to get 15 meters back by adjusting the tuning coil ...
