This email is a request for support from you the individual or your club or organization. Some of your clubs may have applications for such requests but due to the limited time frame I ask that you consider a donation based on the information below. As always if you require further information I am happy to supply.

The boat transportation from Costa Rica to Cocos island is very expensive. Your club or organization donation will help offset this cost and will be greatly appreciated. If you are club is not able to provide support maybe ask the members to consider support individually.
Plan
1. Goal is to provide ATNOs and band and mode fills worldwide 2.  QSL: direct, OQRS, Buro .
3.  LOTW upload with OQRS or direct request, and all QSOs uploaded to LOTW within six months 4. 10-80m , SSB,CW and RTTY 5.  Verticals near salt wanter and wire antennas 6. Radios-  negotiation taking place with major suppliers 7. QRV between Feb 18-24 8. Three operators, 3Z9DX, TI2HMJ and K7CO

The forecasted budget is  $25,000 USD

The process in which it has taken to receive the necessary approvals has been long and difficult, 3Z9DX has put in a lot of time to secure these approvals.
