Boat Anchor Items For Sale:
Antenna Relays, Relay Servicing Kit, Wattmeter,
SWR Bridge, Speakers, Coax connectors/adapters,
Tubes, Breadboard, Isolation Transformer, and more
.
.
Antenna Change Over Relays:
Most of us would probably call these "Dow Key Relays"
from the old days when Dow Key made the most popular
type. These are made by Advance, however, which was
another popular maker of antenna switching relays of
the day.
The contacts are large, about 1/4 inch in diameter, so
they should handle plenty of power.
Both of these work fine.
Relay with SO-239 connectors on all 3 ports.
Coil is 6 Volt DC. $25
Relay with Type N connectors on all 3 ports.
Coil is 100 Volt DC. $25
.
.
Relay Service Kit:
This kit is made by Jonard Industries Corp,
and is their Model K-55.
It is housed in a nice leather kit.
This kit consists of a variety of tools needed
to service relays. It includes a special curved
brush, tools to clean the relay contacts, a gauge
to check tension (measured in grams), "feeler gauge"
to check spacing (from 0.009 to 0.025), miscellaneous
small screw drivers, a special tool to bend the relay
arm, and even a can of spray cleaner.
To put it another way, this should have most everything
you need to service relays.
It is in very nice condition for only $20.

Swan WR-2000 HF Wattmeter:
The Swan WR-2000 is an HF Wattmeter covering frequencies
from 3.5 to 30 MHz. It is designed for 50 ohm systems,
and has SO-239 connectors for both in and output. Probably
the best asset is the extremely large meter. It has a
large five inch meter.
Full scale is 20, 200, and 2000 watts. Of course it also
functions as an SWR meter.
This one works fine and looks close to new. This one is
labeled Siltronix, but it is the same as the Swan WM-2000.
With paper work for $85.
.
.
M C Jones "Micro Match" MM-1:
The "Micro Match" is one of the very, very early SWR bridges,
made by M C Jones Electronics of Bristol, Conn. I would guess
the 1940's or 50's vintage.
The MM-1 is related to the more common Model 261, 262,
and 263 units. Paper work from them is included.
This unit has both SO-239 and BNC connectors on each side,
in parallel, so that either can be used. $20
.
.
Communications Speakers:
Motorola Communications Speakers
These are designed to go with Motorola's commercial commun-
ications systems. They are about 5 inches square and 3 inches
deep, and black in color, terminated with an 1/8 inch (3.5 mm)
plug. Superb communications quality. Gimbal mounting bracket.
These work 100% and look like they have not been used.
Several available. $35 each.
Realistic 21-549 A
This speaker is about 4 inches square and about 2 inches deep. It
is rated for 5 watts, has an 8 ohm impedance, and is listed as a 300
to 3000 Hz frequency response, making it ideal for communications.
It has a 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) mono plug, as used by most modern rigs.
It is black in color, looks great, and sounds great. $12
Wilson Speaker
Appears to be the same as above, except beige color. $12

811 Transmitting Tubes:
The following 811 tubes have all been tested by
a quality Hickock tube tester. On this tester,
a reading of 1400 is considered 100%.
Pair of United Electronics, Made in France
Test 2100/2050; $50 for the pair.
Pair that both test 1800.
One says Taylor, San Marcos, CA
The other simply says "Made in China".

A P Products ACE 201 Prototyping Breadboard:
This A P Products ACE 201 (All Circuit Emulator) is a
5 x7 inch breadboard on a metal back plane. It can be
used for connecting IC circuits and testing, debugging,
etc. It has a red and black binding post, and a buss
thru the middle for power. The 5 x 7 size permits a
fairly large number of ICs to be connected.
This one looks to be close to new. $15
.
.
Large Isolation Transformer:
This isolation transformer is large. It is 8 x 6 3/4 x
6 1/2, and has four input terminals with taps 5%
from each end. The output is center tapped, for a
total of 7 taps. It probably can be used to convert
from 120 V to 240 V, or vice versa.
Pickup near Ocala FL would be best, but it could be
