Look for Novice stations on 2m AM during the NRR. A number of us will be on 144.450 MHz the common calling frequency nowadays with ready availability of 8025 kHz crystals.

I've found lots of Novice reminiscing online, but not an actual Band Plan (which I'm sure changed over the decades).
