Also available is an HC-25 cut for 33.02 MHz for a Yaesu FT-101. $15 Crystals for 2 meter ham rigs: Does anyone have an older two meter ham rig and need crystals? Maybe I can help. I have some 2 meter crystals available -- both transmit and receive. Most are in the 146 and 147 MHz band segments, with very, very few in the 145 MHz segment, and none in the 144 MHz segment. These are for ham rigs only, and not commercial rigs. These are all the small HC-25 crystals, like are used in most of the solid state 2 meter mobiles and HTs. Please e-mail the operating frequency you need. I have them listed by operating frequency and rig, and not by actual xtal frequency. Send the frequencies you need (transmit or receive), and the rig that you have, and I will see if I can help. I have cross references for the various rigs, so I will know what you need if you give the rig. These crystals are $6 each. Prices do not include shipping from Florida. I also have many other accessories available such as many different types of microphones, HTs, HF, VHF and UHF rigs, HF and VHF/UHF antennas, etc. Just too many to list here. Please e-mail your requests. I had run across the GR radio mentioned while searching online for a schematic. It was the GR P-540 and the March 1947 issue of the GR Experimenter features the P-540 and mentions other RADAR Intercept receivers. The appearance of the P-540 is pretty close to that APR-1 that I have, except the tuning units for the APR-1 have the motor drive. Other versions based on the P-540 were the APR-4, made by Crossley, and Philco made the NAVY ARC-1 (not the usual one) and the SCR-587 for the Army. This APR-1 was manufactured by Galvin, and it's pretty interesting in that the modularity of the construction is quite similar, in some respects, to the way Motorola built the G-strip two-way radios later in the '50's. Mike Hanz sent me a copy of the schematic, which, while not complicated, is still a helpful roadmap. Now to track down that leaky cap in the grid bias/AGC bus... 73 Tom On 8/19/2015 6:28 PM, Roy Morgan wrote: > On Aug 19, 2015, at 6:17 PM, Tom Dawson wrote: --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus From bcarling at cfl.rr.com Mon Aug 31 16:23:24 2015 From: bcarling at cfl.rr.com (Bry Carling AF4K) Date: Mon, 31 Aug 2015 16:23:24 -0400 Subject: [DCboatanchors] FS: Heathkit HD-10 Keyers etc. Message-ID: <55E4B7BC.25292.1BCD5FD@bcarling.cfl.rr.com> FOR SALE: Pair of Heathkit HD-10 Keyers in good condition, untested.
