Here's a "DX spotting" from another group if you would like to work
into Africa on 40m CW:

Good () haul this morning on 7111 de ZS1/W1DV; let's do it again t

Greetings all -
I put about a dozen skcc stations in the log this morning (Saturday
morning my time here in South Africa). Worked all on or around 7111 khz.
I knew the CQ-WW dx contest would be saturating low end of bands so had
a
productive couple hours higher in the band. Propagation was surprisingly
good. Will be on same time tomorrow (early my Sunday am, late evening
USA) to try again. Approx 0330Z - 0530Z, 7111 plus or minus QRM. Put on
your ears; running just 75 watts here to a G5RV in inverted vee
confguration.
(Heading back to upstate NY in a couple days)
    73 de Dave ZS1/W1DV

(This is from the slow speed straight key CW guys)
