Extensive List of Many Ham Items For Sale
2 meter FM Rig, TenTec Items, Microphones, TVI filters,
Wattmeter, HT accessories, Speaker, Phone Patches, and
much more
Two meter FM Transceiver:
Azden PCS-4000 FM transceiver for 2 meters
This is a nice small unit, which has 16 memories in 2 banks,
scan capabilities (memories or band scan), priority channel,
DTMF touchtone microphone with Up and Down switch and
Memory 1 call, plus all sorts of other bells and whistles. It has
25 Watts or 5 Watts output power and an extremely good
receiver.
This particular unit works fine, and looks very nice.
Microphone, mobile bracket, power cord, and manual are
included for $70.
VoMax Speech Processor:
This unit was considered the absolute best speech processor
available in the 80's. The VoMax splits the audio signal into
discrete bands, processes each band, passes the separate
signals through bandpass filters to eliminate distortion,
and sums the signals in a phase-equalizing combiner. The
result is superb audio you can feed to your transmitter
that has low distortion and 10-12db power gain!
The VoMax added between your microphone and transmitter
gives you extra punch that is equivalent to adding a linear
amplifier. It is power by 12 V DC at about 100 ma.
This particular unit works fine, and looks very nice.
Paper work is included for $75.
Communications Speaker
This 4 inch square speaker is optimized for communications
frequencies (300 to 3000 Hz). It is a Realistic Radio Shack
speaker in a black enclosure, and is an 8 ohm speaker. It
has a cord with a 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) mono plug on the end.
This one works fine and looks OK also. $15
Low Pass TVI Filters:
A low pass TVI filter is added to the transmitter (inserted
in the coax line after the transmitter or transceiver) to
reduce harmonic interference.
Drake TV-5200-LP
This is the more modern version of the Drake TV-1000 Low Pass
Filter. This is the filter that may also be used on the low
end of six meters, as well as HF. It is good for 1000 Watts
average below 30 MHz, and about 200 W up to 52 MHz. It works
fine, and is in very nice shape. $35
Drake TV-3300-LP Low Pass Filter
This is a modern low pass filter to go between your transmitter
and antenna, and has been optimized to have more attenuation
in the 40 MHz region, where many TVs have their IF. It is good
for 1000 Watts "average" according to the manual, and has
over 80 db attenuation at 41 MHz. This one looks great, and
includes the paper work. $30
B & W FL-10/1500 (Formerly known as model 425) low pass filter
B & W TVI filter, 50 ohm. It cuts off just above 10 meters,
and will handle 1500 Watts. SO-239 connector on each
end. This is the latest model B & W filter. It is in very nice
condition; it looks very close to new. With paper work $40.
TenTec Items:
TenTec Model 280 power supply, 20 amps at 13 V DC.
This supply is quite heavy duty electrically.
It has 2 pass transistors, instead of the one that
some have. It also has an ammeter on it.
This one works fine, and looks OK as well.
A previous owner removed the molded in TenTec power
cable on the back and added very heavy binding posts,
so that it can be used with many different rigs and
not just TenTec. It also has a couple RCA jacks for
lower power use.
With paper work for $100.
"Switcher / 25" 25 amp switching power supply
This is a 25 amp switching power supply in a case that
matches the early Omni series case, with the metal bezel
around it. It is in a case that is the same size as a 243
remote VFO. It has an ammeter on the front, along with
Switch, TenTec logo, and output bulb. The front panel
basically looks like a 280 power supply with a metal bezel,
but says "Switcher/25" on it. It is very quiet, and well
shielded, and does not produce any electrical noise that
I could find. $150
Microphones:
Heath High Impedance Hand Microphone
This is the black colored hand mic that was used on
the HW and SB series transceivers from 25 or 30 years ago.
It is a Hi Z mic. This particular mic is in good condition.

the mounting clip (which looks like it was never used).
This mic presently has stripped and tinned ends, but of
course a connector can easily be added.
I have paper work for a Heath GH-12 A hand microphone with
it, but am not certain that is what it is. My memory says
the GH-12 A was dark green in color, and this one is a
black color. $30
Shure 104 C, Low Z hand Microphone
This is a very heavy duty Shure mic. It appears to be new,
with stripped and tinned ends that have never been on a
connector. It is in its original box, with the original
instruction manual. $30

This is a low impedance hand microphone, black in color.
It is presently has an 8 pin round connector, wired for
Kenwood. $25

TR-9130, and others. Up-down switch on top. 16 digit touch
tone pad. This one works fine, and includes paper work for $45.
CES 655 L "Microdialer" DTMF Microphone
You can manual dial a number, or automatically have it
stored in the mic, and "speed dial" with this mic. 12
digit touch tone pad on the front, with the microphone
part above the pad. This one presently has a 4 pin plug
on it, but of course that can be changed. $35
CES 600 L, Universal DTMF microphone
This has a normal touch tone pad on the front, with
a low impedance microphone. This one has the 8 pin
modular plug (like a computer LAN) on it. This mic has
not been used, so it is in really great condition.

TW-4000 dual band transceiver, and possibly other rigs
as well.
This one is in good shape, with the paper work and hardware.
$15
ParaDynamics PDC-5 Wattmeter/Antenna Tuner
This unit has a wattmeter with scales of 100 W, 10 W, and
1 W. It has an SWR Bridge built in, with an antenna tuner.
It was obviously made for 11 meter use, but it works well
on other frequencies. The tuner portion works fine on 10 m,
12 m, and 15 m. The wattmeter seems accurate from 20 meters
thru 10 meters.
It is physically small (only 5 X 3 X 1), so would be ideal
for portable use.
The wattmeter and antenna tuner portion work fine, however,
the SWR portion of this unit is inoperative. It looks fine. $12
Hustler HF mobile antennas:
All work fine and are in good condition.
Standard" Hustler resonators (good for 400 Watts PEP):
75 meter resonator RM-75 $22

Heavy Duty Mobile/Portable Antenna Mount:
This is a very heavy duty antenna mount, designed to
take any standard 3/8-24 threaded antenna. which includes just
about any HF antenna and many other antennas as well.
The mount is made to be clamped around a vertical object, such
as a pipe, tubing, or even a square channel. It would be ideal
to attach to something like a chain link fence. It could also be
used as a mirror mount on trucks. It will take up to 1 1/2 inch
diameter objects. It has a very large screw type mechanism with
a large handle to tighten to the vertical object. It could be
placed in operation very quickly, so it is great for portable
and emergency operation, where one would want to set up a
mount quickly.
The bottom of it has an SO-239 connector, ready to take a
standard PL-259 connector.
This unit is in good condition. $20

others. It is ideal if you have one of these HTs that
now has a dead battery.
This particular BP-20 is in its original box, and appears
to be new and never used. The box is labeled CM-20, which
is the same as the BP-20, except the commercial version.

Phone Patches / Digital Interfaces:
Waters "Universal Hybrid Coupler II" Model 3002
Most of us would likely call this a phone patch, but it
is really much more than that. It does that, but also
will interface with a tape recorder, and permit recording
and play back of on-the-air QSOs. Nothing says that the
tape recorder input must be used that way. Connect the
sound card in your computer in this position, and you
have a very effective interface.
Model 3002 includes a speech compressor powered by a 9
volt battery. The front panel is finished on both
sides, with one side having it set in a horizontal
position, and the other in a vertical position.
This was a "top of the line" unit years ago. One only
found them with top stations such as Collins.
This particular unit is in really great condition.
With paper work for $100.

scale about 6 inches long. It weighs about 5 1/2 pounds!

Also included is the calibration information (from 1944)

In addition, it is in an extremely nice protective case,
that appears to be real leather.
To put it another way, this is an extremely nice meter!
