Hi Bill and everyone,

The groups only survive and prosper as the guys USE them and promote them. 
It's rather hard to find them but I have a great resoure that I have put 
MANY MANY hours into it - and I hope it is useful to someone!

The Boatanchors Directory - see below...

It's a little harder to find these groups since Panasonic started using 
the "National " name a while back and there are several groups 
supporting thier transistor radios. So if you do start another group, there 
are a few tips - PUBLICIZE it well! The group will not go far if you only 
get 20 members who are not all regularly participating.
Many groups exist like that and they are, to all intents and 
purposes - dead.
