[DCboatanchors] National Calibrator XCU-50-2 (For HRO 60) problem

As part of the resurrection of my Dad's HRO-60 I've found that the 
calibrator only works on the 1 Mc side.  The 100 KHz side appears to be 
dead.

Has anyone seen this anomaly before.

I've already

1) changed the tube
2) changed the bypass caps
3) replaced the 470K resistor that had wandered up in value.

Thought I would ask before measuring the low-value caps or sweeping the 
crystal.
