Kenwood AC Charger Model WO9-0315, wall wart style.
Looks new. I believe that this was used with the old TR-2400 
2m HT, but I could be wrong. The connector is a round coaxial 
plug  about 3/16" diameter.
Puts out 10.15V at 42.5 mA and is marked as:
"For Trio-Kenwood transceiver."
