[DCboatanchors] Who is going to the Richmond Frostfest Sunday?

I am thinning out my collection and will have a table with 7-8 WRL Globe Scouts,
Chiefs, etc.
Please drop by and say hello - if I'm not there at the time, just pick up a
transmitter and stuff a few bucks in the honor system box.
How about a "boatanchorite" gathering at 10 am near the snack bar? I'll try to
remember to bring along my yellow "BOATANCHORS!" banner to hold up.
