Hi

Good news: John Bodco of Bodco Trading in Elizabeth has in excess of 5
million tubes for sale.
Good news: Tubes range from 30 mW wire leaded subminiature, to
magnetrons,  to CRT's, to 2 foot high 10Kw+ monsters etc.etc. A lot of
the audio phreak stuff  and some of the medium power rf stuff has been
picked over, but there's even some of that still there. Much of the
stock is NOS in original boxes.
Good news (for buyers): He'll be liquidating most of his stock (as in
scrapping it out) some time in the next few months (there's platinum in
them thar tubes).
Good news: His prices are very very good.

Bad news: The stock is in the old Singer Building in Elizabeth (very
industrial, actually more like a cave than a warehouse).
Bad news: It's unheated; it's dark; it's dirty and you get to ride the
freight elevator to the 5th floor, when Herby's ready to take you.
Bad news: All business is on site. You have to show up there to buy and
you have to find the goods yourself.

when you can come down there to look around.

I have no financial interest in this, but I do hate to see this material
scrapped out .....
