EmcommWest 2010 is coming, April 30 - May 2.  We will be using the opportunity to have both a Section Cabinet meeting and an ARES staff meeting, so we hope to see you there so that we can all meet together, plan and look over changes for the Section Emergency Plan.  This meeting will be for EC and higher leaders.

You don't have to wait until April 30th to buy raffle tickets, they are available now from Joe Wolfe, WA6RKN, the more you buy, the greater a chance you could be going home with this radio...AND any of the other raffle prizes that are to be given away.  (You can also purchase extra raffle tickets when you register...just check how many extra tickets you wish to purchase with your registration payment!)

URGENT:  EmcommWest 2010 advance registration ends on Friday. April 23.  So if you are planning on attending, make sure you get your registration in as early as possible, as seating is limited for the Saturday night banquet with ARRL CEO Dave Sumner, K1ZZ and the Sunday morning breakfast with our own Storey County EC Tom Taomina, K5RC .  Don't forget when registering and ordering tickets for the Sat. banquet we will need your meal choice. 
   On Friday April 30, we will also offer the complete battery of ICS Courses - 100, 200, 700 and 800 (advance reg. is required).  Seats for these events are quickly filling up.  Registration forms can be found at:  www.emcommwest.org
