Here's the message from AMSAT about the special message commemorating the anniversary of the first lunar landing. The times this evening are 6:39 pm to 6:53 pm with a max elevation of 70 degrees and there will be a second pass at 8:21 pm to 8:30 pm but the max elevation will be only 5 degrees to the west. For the best reception you need to tune your radio to about 435.310 at the beginning of the pass, 435.300 in the middle and 435.290 toward the end of the pass.

AMSAT-NA will mark the 40th anniversary of the first manned lunar landing with a special event on AO-51. AO-51 will transmit a special message commemorating the event during evening passes on Monday, July 20 and into early July 21 UTC. The message will be transmitted on the 435.300 MHz FM downlink. A special AO-51 SWL QSL will be available to ground stations who copy the downlink. Please watch the AMSAT News Service and the amsat-bb mailing list for further information as the date approaches.
