[DCART] NW Dist. ARES/RACES Net Changes

Beginning next Tuesday night, there will be some changes for the NW District ARES/RACES Net.  First we will be moving the time 1 hour earlier to 1900 Hrs. (7pm).  We will also be changing repeaters back to the WADG Linked System  which can be accesses either on the 147.150+ PL. 123.0 Mt. Rose repeater or on the 147.210+ PL. 100.0 on Peavine.  Both have tremendous coverage and will allow us to access almost all of the district.  Thanks to the board of WADG for letting us come back to the system.   We are also looking for additional NCS operators for the net.  Please pass this information on to members that you have contact with and spread the word.  Thanks and 73
