No traffic handling this coming Monday!  Nosirree!

A round table discussion about DCART.  Who are we?  What are we?  Where are we?

What can we do to entice new members; the young, the old, the infirm, the distressed, the needy.

Give us your rich.  Give us your poor.

Federal Grants give "everybody" gobs of money to upgrade communications.  Then "everybody" says we have everything we need, including no need for back-up communications.

What do we do for Douglas County?  What does Douglas County do for DCART?

SETs are getting long in the tooth.  So much so that we're lucky if a half dozen folks show up.  Pretty much the same folks every time too.

Four to six people show up for our nets.  The same one's.  Are the nets worthwhile?  If so, what should be changed to attract a greater following?  If not, should they be dropped?

Is DCART asking for an over abundance of continuing participation?  Is every Monday a bit much?  Would just once a month, face to face, suffice?

If DCART is viable, then what can we do to make sure it is, indeed, that way.  What are your thoughts?
