[DCART] New Douglas County EC

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Shiela Clement, KA7AJQ has accepted the position of Emergency Coordinator for Douglas County and is now the head of our team there, DCART.   Shiela has a great background in both emergency communications, having been a member for many years.  She is also a driving force behind the RARA organization, and was into emergency management for Carson City as well.   I know she will do a tremendous job for us there.  Please give her your help and support and welcome her to our leadership team.  I would also like to thank ASEC Dick Creley, KJ7UK for taking over on an interim basis during transition.  Shiela's appointment will be effective on 9/1/08.   Thanks & 73
