[DCART] Resignation as ARRL Nevada Section Manager

I have submitted my resignation as ARRL Nevada Section Manager to be 
effective Friday, August 15, 2008.  My reasons are health related.

ARRL Membership and Volunteer Programs Manager Dave Patton NN1N has 
appointed ARRL Nevada Assistant Section Manager Joe Giraudo N7JEH to 
serve the remainder of my term.

Joe Giraudo N7JEH is a Professional Engineer graduate of the 
University of Nevada, an experienced licensing instructor and ARRL 
Volunteer Examiner, and active on VHF and HF.  Experience as Nevada 
Section and District Emergency Coordinators and as veteran Net 
Manager for the long-running section-wide ARES HF net have all 
combined to make him a well-respected leader throughout the section.
