[DCART] Group Discussion Topic for Nov 5 Net

Herb (AA7MR) will be NCS this Monday and has requested the following be sent to all Douglas County ARES members.  The change in EC position makes this an especially appropriate discussion topic.  Please review where you believe DCART should be headed, with emphasis on what actions will maintain your interest and participation.  Your participation and input are especially desired at this time.  Thank you, Herb, for a well considered discussion topic.

that we can have a discussion concerning the question "What changes 
should we make in our training and equipping for the next year?"

We should keep up to date with changes our served agencies may have 
made and to technology improvements that we can make.
