Yep, snakebit is how I'm feelin' about badges!

Couldn't get Dispatch off the dime so, in desperation, went direct to Human Resources.  Found them to be most helpful.  And they loaned us the camera to take the pictures at the last meeting.  Said they'd take care of it all.

Took the camera in to HR on the next Tuesday.  Found the "laminator' was broken, so left the camera with the understanding they get to it when the thing got fixed.

Went back today to do a bit of pushing.  Found the laminator was still down and out.  Further, the source of repair is in Sacramento and they are having an argument about "You come over here and fix it" or, "No, it's out of warranty so you bring it here".

Government - bah, humbug!
