[DCART] January meeting

Nice meeting last evening.  Two hours of rather intense concentration on ICS100 course, most ably presented (complete with powerpoint) by Otto (KV7J).

Nice meeting facility.  Nice turnout - 15.

Suggestion was made, if you wish to continue the ICS course between meetings, take a look at doing so on the FEMA website.  It's a very straightforward presentation, can be done at your own timing and the test questions are open book and with any review you choose.  Also, you can take the test as often as necessary.  The purpose is to make us all fully aware of the ICS function.

Your suggestions as to enhancement of future meetings, or the net, will certainly be appreciated.  DCART is a volunteer community effort.  We are all pleased to serve the area in which we live and are proud that we have the radio capabilities to do so.
