[DCART] Incline exercise

May 11 is the date for an rather extensive disaster exercise planned for 
Incline Village.  Several volunteer organizations will be directly involved, 
including Washoe County ARES.  Bob Miller, Washoe EC, advises that this 
large project will be stretching local ARES resources to the limit.  He 
could surely utilize additional ARES members, provide active participation 
and an excellent training opportunity.
