[DCART] DCART Meeting Monday 20Nov06

Hi all!

The November DCART meeting will be held Monday night at 6:30PM, 
November 20, 2006, at the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center at 
the Minden/Tahoe airport between Minden and Carson City.  The Sierra 
Front complex is at the end of Firebrand Road, off Heybourne Road 
midway between Johnson Lane and Airport Road.

This month our topic will be a message passing exercise. Note that we 
will plan to be done by 8PM, so it's important that we start on time 
if not early. Additionaly, we will have a brief discussion concerning 
our new meeting place, starting in January.
