[DCART] Net schedule/Meeting schedule

This year, there's about 5 days between the 3rd Monday and the 4th Saturday.

Doesn't matter to me, I was just reporting what I remembered from the past couple of years. Seems to me there's something else that a lot of people are involved with in June besides FD.
