[DCART] Bob Evans, health

We heard from Bob on Monday evening.  Things are better with him than they
have been for a while.  He has been on a new anti-tumor medication regime, and
now has a hiatus for a couple of weeks.  He is also off all pain medication.
Although he is not entirely pain free, but is very much more alert.

Bob said he felt well enough to take a walk, and to go for a short motorcycle
ride-- good news.
