[DCART] Final EMCOMMWEST Planning Meeting

As a reminder this Saturday will be the final EMCOMMWEST planning meeting
prior to the convention.  It will be held at the Reno Weather Service office
at 9am in Reno.  It is important that all department chairs attend.  Also,
those who are willing and able to help on the day of the event are
encouraged to attend as well, since there is a lot to be done, and we can
always use your help!

This is shaping up to be our best ever ... Thanks to the many who have put
in tremendous time and talent.  Thank you!!  73
