[DCART] Fingerprints and Photos

Just a heads up for all DCART members that need to get fingerprinted
and photographed for their new badge.......

You need to be at the records department in the sheriff's department
building by 1530. They close the camera and fingerprinting down at
1600. I took time off work to do this and, after picking up my badge
from Ron Sagen at the EOC, arrived at 1605. Since the fingerprinting
machine had been turned off 5 minutes before my arrival, I was turned
away, even though they were still open until 1700. Oh well...better
luck next time, although I was very frustrated that I wasted my
vacation time.
