All members of DCART are asked to send me the time spent on any event this 
month including travel.  Please break it down by event, name of the event, 
and type of event i.e. public service or emergency, lessons learned and how 
we could be better used next time.

Please forward this information to me by the 29th of the month so that I 
can put it in the EC report.
