[DCART] 147.270(+) PL123.0 Now On McClellan Peak

The W7DI 147.270(+) repeater is now operational on McClellan Peak, covering 
Reno, Dayton, the Highway 50E corridor and the Carson Valley.

The system requires a PL of 123.0, but it also transmits the same PL for 
those that might like the convenience of tone squelch on receive.

A tremendous amount of thanks go to John Ryan W6LOA and Dale Anderson KV7S 
for making the repeater possible, and to Tony Ustica KB7NV, Lowell Voelker 
KC6SBJ and Pete Bauer W6DXJ for helping with the mountain-top chores.

Also co-located with the two-meter repeater is a 441.250(+) PL123.0 system 
offering 450 MHz coverage into the same areas.

Please use both of these systems and pass along any problems or coverage
