[DARC] D.A.R.C. Dinner Meeting November 29, 2007

To all members of the Delmarva Amateur Radio Club;


A semi-annual dinner meeting will be held on Thursday November 29, 2007 at
Dayton's Restaurant  6:30 PM in the Skipjack Room.  Dayton's is located at
909 Snow Hill Road in Salisbury, MD across from the Holly Center.  We will
be ordering from the menu as usual.

At this meeting we will have election of officers for 2008.  Nominations are
open for all positions.  We especially need additional board members.  If
you are interested in an office please respond to this e-mail or contact one
of the club officers.  Nominations can also be made at the dinner meeting.
Our present officers have agreed to remain for another year if there are no
additional nominations but we need a Chairman as that position is vacant.
Our present officers are President: Carol Newberry N3NKK; Vice President:
Phil Hastings N3PXT; Secretary: John Allen W4GQT; and Treasurer: Jim Hill
N3TKM.  Additional Board members include  Rod Eikenberry N3KNT; Roland Hall
WA3WFL,  Harold Powell WA4GGH, and John Willmuth  NQ4Q.

Note:  Board meetings are normally held the 4th Wednesday of each month at
the QTH of Phil Hastings on St. Luke's Road in Fruitland, MD at 7:30 PM.
Meetings usually last about 1 1/2 hours.  Meetings are informal and
refreshments are served.
