[DARC] D.A.R.C. Dinner Meeting Nov. 29, 2006

To all members of the Delmarva Amateur Radio Club;


A semi-annual dinner meeting will be held on Wednesday November 29, 2006 at
Dayton's Restaurant  6:30 PM in the Skipjack Room.  Dayton's is located at
909 Snow Hill Road in Salisbury, MD across from the Holly Center.

This meeting will be the election of officers for 2007.  Nominations are
open for all positions.  We especially need additional board members. If you
are interested in an office or know of someone who would like to be an
officer, please respond to this e-mail with a nomination.  If nominating
someone else, please check with them to make sure they are interested in
that particular office.  Officers include: Chairman (presently vacant),
President (incumbent Carol Newberry N3NKK), Vice President (incumbent Phil
Hastings N3PXT), Secretary (incumbent John Allen W4GQT), Treasurer
(incumbent Jim Hill N3TKM), Membership (incumbent John Willmuth NQ4Q),
additional Board members (incumbents Rod Eikenberry N3KNT, Harold Powell
WA4GGH, and Roland Hall WA3WFL).

Board meetings are normally held the 4th Wednesday of each month at the QTH
of Phil Hastings on St. Luke's Road in Fruitland, MD at 7:30 PM.  Meetings
usually last about 1 1/2 hours. Meetings are informal and refreshments are
served.

Please join us at the dinner meeting if possible.  If you have any concerns
regarding the repeater this is the opportunity to make those thoughts known.
We will be ordering from the restaurant menu as usual.
