[DARC] ALA Bike Tour on the 82 repeater

The Carroll County ARES has the Clubs permission to use the repeater June
3-5 during the American Lung Association Eastern Shore Bike Tour. They
will use the repeater on a non-interference basis for emergency and
urgent traffic. 

They would also enjoy the participation of radio operators from the area.
