This seems to work ok.  As long as we can keep every ones e-mail address
current this is a good way to notify all members who have e-mail of what
is going on in the club.  This feature should be available to anyone in
the club and we would not have to rely on any single mailing list in an
individuals computer when sending out bulletins or news letters.
