[DARC] mailman test for K3RUQ

As some of you may not know, some ISPs have blocked msgs. from
mailman@qth.net .
They see the hundred's of email sent out of this server and flag it as spam.
If this happens
to you or other members contact your ISP. to remove the block.
As you can K3RUQ had this problem.

8-20-02 Hello there Rod... I think I have got my server so it will accept
your DARC emails now... Could you send me one, and we will see if it works??
