This past week I was up in Columbus for a Reticulum presentation at Central Ohio Radio Enthusiasts (CORE) and met someone that asked about whoever might be managing DARA’s D-STAR setup. He mentioned something about a discussion of getting some other folks together who are working on a state reflector (I’m still not up to speed on D-STAR, so always possible I’m babbling) & wanted to connect.
